admin I have taken accutane for a while, its good, and the derm is fine with me taking the continuesly. However, I ran into a little problem. I was fortunate enough to be an insurance plan that covered my generic accutane long as I wanted. But they no longer exist. I called several insurance companies, but none would cover Accutane.
So my question is, all you Accutane users what kind of insurance do you use? And how much do you pay for the drugs?

July 13th, 2010 admin In past years, I have acne on my back / shoulder area and upper arms, which is pretty bad in my eyes anyway. I tried clearing it with Proactiv body products since the facial line works for me, but without success. Finally I went to the doctor for something different and just yesterday started with the application of clindamycin in the morning after my shower and then Tazorac in the evening after washing. Anyone tried this and had no success? Thanks!

July 13th, 2010 admin I have a mild form of acne, but I get it in odd places. such as along the areas of my body that sweats the most. My doctor is sending me to a dermatologist to get it tomorrow because Im fighting accutane severe, recurrent cysts. antibiotics work for short periods, but back cysts. I have a special moment came in less than two days and is huge, painful and causes a condition called cellulitis (whatever that means).
for those of you already Accutane, I have some input.

July 13th, 2010 admin Ok, Im not African shea butter from Jergens or something. Mostly because I can not find in the shops I find any. So I purchased Palmers Shea Butter Formula in a creamy lotion like the formula. It contains mineral oil and soybean oil.
I also bought black and beautiful shea butter dip. Again a very lotiony lotion. Rich cream LOTION
My question is, will this cause me to break out? If so, tell me why.

July 13th, 2010 admin Well I had a derm appointment today and she refused to send me back to a maintenance dose of Accutane, because they thought it would sell my bones. She was nice and agreed to have me back on accutane Benzamyzin if this does not work within 6 weeks.
I now rather mild acne, it is generally not cystic and now after Accutane is usually only on the outside of my skin, but I get the pimple.

July 13th, 2010 admin My daughter is in Mino (see my post about Capsiderm below) and it is quite clear wa combination of things: the Capsiderm wash reg facials at a dermatologist, and Mino, and the use of BP at night. She and I would love to wean her from the Mino as we fear the effects of antibiotics being the long term. I read a post here that someone said acne came back worse after Mino sounds.
