admin Help! I have this terribly stubborn whiteheads on my forehead and cheeks lower . and blackheads on my noses. I eat very healthy, take my vitamins and drink plenty of water. I avoid wheat, dairy, sugar and fatty foods (unless good fats such as flaxseed oil). I used to use products such as Neutrogena, bior, St. Ives . etc. . But most seemed just to promote my terrible whiteheads (which sometimes can be quite large, and even red when irritated), so I recently switched to natural / organic products

What is less annoying: Mach 3 or Sensor3 [mach3] [blade]
August 18th, 2010 admin I have a close shave for my job and my Sensor Excel is not cut it.
The Sensor3 is in fact a Sensor Excel with a third blade.
The only difference I can tell between the Mach3 and Mach3 Sensor3 is that more has a Pivot Action with the cartridges. Whereas Sensor3 has the same axis as the Excel.
Now I have just typed, I guess Im wondering what type of rotation is more / less annoying?

August 17th, 2010 admin Im making a mask of cucumber and 1 / 4 clove garlic (not). I put it in the blender and apply it to my face for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse. I do this every other day for almost a week and my skin has showed great improvement. I feel my skin tingle the garlic. It feels like it works the second you apply it.
My face felt so clean afterwards. Let me know if you try any of this and have success.

I wondering, I have lately read so much about these internal ogran cleanse you can do clear up your system and I do not know, they are all very tempting to try, although no guarantee that it primarily for clearing acne. I mean, in theory it would work great, given the fact that acne is a problem inside and get to the root of it by simply detoxifying and killing the existing parasites seems a logical cure.
