Hey guys Ive been reading this forum for ages, but havent had the guts to post something. but you rock big time. Everytime I feel down I just come here and there is a way outta this hell I got acne hole.
basically bout a year ago to know. Im 19 now. and I used to really nice as shallow as that may sound. My acne is concentrated around my cheeks and I am a bit darker pigmentation of the post to take months to go away.they dont even have a chance to cause heal before you have another pimple h

September 4th, 2010 admin I have acne for one year now, thinking about celebrating, but decided against .
And sudden, I started new types of pimples? Slightly larger, stubborn, and lasting. I can not explain why .
The summer really, really helped me. Im happy! Im even better! I am content! But this new buggers get me down .

September 4th, 2010 admin I started Yasmin about 9 days ago mainly to help with my hormonal acne . My acne seems to get bad in a couple of cysts before my time, but after my period is always better. Well I started Yasmin on the first day of my period and have now passed, I am one to break out worse than me in a long time . Is it the “first” break-out? How long can it last if it is . ? I really need some advice . I just want to hide from the world now . lol

September 4th, 2010 admin I have just returned from the call to a care specialist. She does chemical peels.I have done it before with her but it was so painful I refused to do it again. But desperation has set in. I am again a suppliments to rule on the basis of the liver detox program with her. She also told me to cut out all dairy and acidic fruits. So are oranges, lemons, grapefruit and tomatoes. She says that apples are ok. Grapes to watch my sugar intake but even natural sugars can raise insulin levels too much. Cut

September 4th, 2010 admin I think I have what is considered a mild acne where 9 out of 10 times, it is in the form of a painful underground pimple on my chin (I rarely ever else). I will get one and if it fades, and another comes, and if that goes, another one appears. It is a vicious circle, but what is worse is that I have a terrible time keeping my hands around. I just know that if I did not try to squeeze, I would not look nearly as bad and I know that I did worse than they are (I have to make something from nothing)
