ZINC/COPPER ratio: 2.4 / 1, should be 8 / 1: O

Copper: 8.4 should be ar

Suggestions please . I have a Dr. appt Friday . [dr appt] [clindamycin]

I am currently in my seventh week of Yasmin – I had a pretty bad separation of the first, and now have several red spots that are healing, but still noticeable. I only have about 5 active pimples now, but much smaller bumps. Im pretty sure it works, but I want the process speeded up by using topicals.

The I encountered the most success with topicals so far is 2.5% Neutrogena On-the-Spot Clindamycin phosphate used with a%. Should I try Benzaclin / Duac? Or should I try Retin-A/Tazorac

What to do with sensitive skin? [breakouts] [sensitive skin]

My skin is so sensitive that if I break I do not use any oil or creams to apply, including sunscreen. My skin is at its clearest when it is dry and leave alone. I have normal skin, which means Im not greasy or too dry, but what should I do when I go outside in the sun? Ive experimented and have noticed that I am free of pimples when I need not apply. Can I get away with only applying sunscreen / moisturizer on my dry patches? About three weeks ago, I broke out pretty bad, and when I walked out o
