I have acne scars (indented craters or anything), just last pick and the appearance of spots along my jawline and forehead. May 31st, 2011 admin Wondering if I take too much zinc and if it is harmful? I take a 50mg zinc tablet which, if that 2mg of copper. Then later in the day I take my multivitamin containing 10 mg zinc and 1 mg of copper.
So take 60mg Zinc and copper 3 mg daily harmful?
I find Zinc helps my acne a lot thats why Im taking 50 mg tablet. The only size I could find.

By the way, I heard today that MAC makeup (which I used in the past) is an ingredient that is used in Agent Orange. The soldiers would return from the war with acne all over their bodies. Interesting !
