It says on the Skin Ears (Azelaic acid) leaflet that you should not use more than 6 months? Is it really bad for your skin in the long term? And what about Retin A? It says nothing about how long you can use it.
Azelaic acid is helping me . so im meant to stop the use in 6 months?! Will not just back acne?

May 19th, 2011 admin Ive just started taking vitamins about 2-3 weeks ago to try to get clearer skin, but instead I started breaking more, especially on my lower cheeks and chin. I get all these spots and whiteheads and it is very discouraging.

multivitamin (no iodine)
Vit A (10,000 IU)
Vit C (600 mg)
Vit E (4000 IU)
b complex (15 mg of B vitamins)
Selenium (150 mcg)
Zinc (30 mg)

Question about Tazorac [tazorac] [breakouts]
May 19th, 2011 admin My daughter has just finished her second week on Tazorac and she is now all cleared, no spots just red marks. This is really great if you would have seen her face the first week of using Tazorac, she was broken worse than Ive ever seen her. Any way my question is will help the red Tazorac? Should she keep using the TAZ, although they no longer broke out? Thanks
