I just wanted to warn everyone for what I experienced with B5. I took it for about nine months with about a 2 months pause near the beginning. In the beginning I took a lot, like 8 grams / day and the last 4 or 5 monthsa only about 3 or 4 grams / day. cleared most of my acne, but heres the thing: it increases body hair. Hair that I could see for now is darker and noticeably, such as chest hair and sideburns. I suppose girls will care about this more than boys, because it is not an extreme differ

June 18th, 2011 admin I was wondering if using both a pill and antibiotics (doxycycline Ortho Cyclen and in my case) had the opposite effect? Is the effectiveness of the other hinder in terms of its ability to clear individaul skin? I am currently on both, but ultimately want to get off the antibiotics and I hope the pill will keep my clarity.
