40-60 mg bump on Accutane [accutane] [breakout]

Has anyone there had a breakthrough in getting their dose upped Accutane? Im crossing my fingers! By the way, Happy 4th to everyone!

Reply:Sorry 2curious…no good news here but thought I would post with some info anyway.
My face went nuts when I was up'ed from 60 mg to 80mg at the end of my 2nd month. I got three cysts in one area of my cheek and another on my jawline…it was not pretty.
The good news? I have yet to have a zit since then. My face was pretty much in recovery the 4th month (LOL) and looked great the 5th month. I have been off of accutane almost one month now and could not be more pleased with my skin. I have a couple red marks but they are fading. Hang in there…the end result is totally worth it.
