Is it me or is my acne to imagine worse after a hot shower because I tok a hot shower and I red bumps all over my face and my skin condition worse should I take cold showers?

luike warm shower mean washing with water that is only slightly warm, I wash with water that warmer than luke warm water personally. but never wash with really really hot warter as just makes me break out more….

Reply:yeah take a luke warm shower and at the end rinse with cool water, it closes the pores- it really helps my skin to do that!
Reply:hi, taking a warm shower is ok as long as the water isnt really hot, as in my experience that will just agrivate you're skin/acne.
I have started a new skin routine and works great, I am just about to start a thread on it now, check it out if you like as wont cost you the earth and is working great for me………(only been doing it just under a week though)

Reply:all my friends have had great sucess with pro-active. i think it's kind of expensive, but have never had to buy any. they all say that helped their face quicker and better than anything else.
Reply:I don't think hot shower is good for acne and your skin. Use luke warm water.
