I with Retin-A Micro at night and wondered whether people who use it use an antibacterial in one day? If yes, please give me any suggestions?

Reply:If you mean something topically antibacterial, No I do not. I take an oral antibiotic. Once under control, I will be switching to a topical in combo with retin a micro.
