Anyone who Accutane, help! [moisturiser] [moisturising]

Im on accutane for a month and half, and my face is waste. Its also given me itchy, red spots on my arms and hands (like eczema). Can anyone recommend creams for both conditions? My face was literally flaking and it feels and looks terrible, so I have a very effective moisturizer, it does not irritate my skin, because it is very sensitive. I used E45 cream is excellent at hydrating but burns like hell!
Please help, Im desperate!

Reply:Talk to the doctor who prescribed it. You don't want to use anything that might conflict with it. Is it doing anything good for you?
