Ask for spiro users [case thanks] [spiro]

Hi all, am interested in trying
i Spiro but my endo said that is only for those with an irregular cycle-is this true? I would like to know about your specific case, thanks!

Reply:dsheldon- sorry if i was unclear- not to mean it is used to correct irregular cylces, he just meant it is used to treat those with acne who have irregular cycles.

Reply:I'm not sure why he told you this. I have never had irregular menstrual cycles and currently take spiro. Spiro acts by blocking the effects of testosterone on the oil glands and hair folicles.

Reply:I have done a lot of research on Spiro and have never read anywhere of it being used for that.
