Aspirin Mask 3 months update . [aspirin mask] [body acne]

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still using the aspirin mask on my face and body acne with incredible results! This is the first time in years I am quite clear, face and body and I can wear suits, wear tank tops, bare or just with my boyfriend. It is such great therapy for acne! It is so easy, too, and cheap! I just make it a paste, rub it on my body and let it dry. If it is dry, I step into the shower (not on) and rub the excess off (I use the shower because it is a bit messy). I leave the residue and either sleep with the lid or over with lotion so I am not chaulky all day! The only side effect is the tendency to dry my skin so Im using jojoba oil. I am considering using microdermabrasion on my young skin to keep looking .

anyway . works great and I feel its a miracle!

Reply:Okay…so I have been putting the aspirin mask on, leaving it to dry for about 10 minutes (facilitated by a blow dryer sometimes when I am busy) and then I rub off the excess but I leave the rest of the residue on. At first I was doing it two times a day, once in the morning and once at night. I have to say my skin cleared so, so quickly, within the first week I was almost completely clear. My chest area was a little more persistant so I used some BP cream before I put the mask on and I cleared completely! BP never worked for me before, by the way. Anyway, I have remained clear and have decreased to once a day or twice a day if I start breaking out again. I tend to break out as soon as I stop using it, within a few days. Hope this helps! I wonder if the secret is to leave the residue on rather than to wash it off??? I also wonder why it is working???

Reply:How long do you leave the asprin mask on the face for? All day? from everything i have read so far about the mask, people are generally leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes then washing off, or using it as a scrub, which i am planning on trying now tonight! thanks everyone for the comments, i am finally going to have to try this and see how it works with me. :wave:

Reply:I also have had amazing results with the aspirin mask. It took a while but I have not had a cystic acne breakout in some time. My skin is also tighter, less lined and has lost that tight, drawn, old skin look.

Reply:Good for you!! I've posted several times on how absolutely amazing the results can be. My son has used the aspirin mask for a few weeks, or so, and his face looks fantastic. It's great to hear that someone else is having the same results. Yeah!

Reply:How long did the aspirin mask take to start working? When did you notice results? And how often do you use it? I used it the other night and it seemed like a fairly harsh exfoliant so I'm not sure I want to do it every day.
