Hi, I suffer from mild to moderate acne throughout my teenage years and now in my early 20s. About 2-3 years ago I remember that at this board, reading about B5 and go. After about 4-5 months of 6g/day my skin not fat, unfortunately, remained a number of acne, but it was even better! Well I have the B5 expensive, I paid my way through college by working a crappy part-time job and just could not afford any longer, so I had to leave B5, so I could eat and pay my tuition.
Now I m 22, I landed a great full-time job and have decided to go back to B5. I remember that natural factors g or 500 mg of a brand (can not remember) tablets, they no longer carry them to the local nutrition house or other place where I could find. B5 is the only I could find in my area, the Swiss natural resources Timed Release 1000 mg tablets. They are referred to as D-Pantothenic acid, but the lady assured me it was B5 and if my memory serves me correctly this was in fact the stuff. Ive never had the time before the release.
Anyone ever had experience with this brand and this particular time released tablet? Are there any brands you would expect after switching to the bottle is empty, I can get without spending too much online that will ship to Canada without hassle?
I plan to take 2g 3x daily for a total of 6g, Ill see how it goes the first few weeks before altering them how much I take, does this sound good to you experts out there?
Thanks for all your help advance.

Reply:it was $17 for 90 1000mg pills. Keep in mind that's Canadian currency
Reply:I personally use Twinlab brand. How much is this costing you per bottle and how many tablets does it contain?
I have the 500mg/pill with 250 in each.
