BCP's without taking a break! [info thanks] [girls]

girls . I have advice. you have taken bcps no break. did it cause you to break out more or is it not effect you at all? send me some info . thanks .

Reply:lookingforhealth, i think they just mean that after they have finished taking the 21 day pack (or active pills) they immediately start another pack without taking the 7 day break (or 7 days of inactive pills).

Reply:I take them this way all the time but I am post menopausal. If you still have your period….by taking them all of the time I don't think you will get one or at least it will mess it up.

what do you mean without a break? like for years taking bcp?

Reply:It doesn't break you out. If anything, it avoids a breakout you usually get on your one-week interval. Just don't do this consecutively for more than three months at a time.
