Ok I know that alcohol is not very good to drink, but if you want to be social sometimes you need a few more .
What is the best thing to drink for us acne sufferers? I tend to drink beer like Guinness and Stella Artois . but I am willing to change if there are better things .

Reply:miller light beer would be a good choice. It has very low carbs, and I don't notice my face breaking out from drinking em (6-10 drinks) May very on person tho

I have learned to stay clear of Stella because, in my case, it causes acne. Anecdotal evidence. I drink Becks now and the acne has cleared up.
