Hi all,
Which brand of pill you have found the most effective for acne? Any side effects?
Im thinking of trying Desogen (generic: Apri; in Canada: Orthocept) since I only seem to have heard of bad experiences with OrthoTriCyclen.

Reply:I had really good results on Diane-35 (available in Canada & UK – but not the US). Stayed totally clear for years while I was on it. Switched to Alesse and that was a nightmare beyond belief. Am now back on Diane-35 and clearing up. Acne back to mild and hopefully clear again soon!
So not sure which is the "best" … as everyone is different. But in my experience, Alesse is the WORST. I wouldn't wish Alesse on my worst enemy.
