My forehead is covered in them, so my nose and chin. Can the pill to help alleviate? And what about Spiro? Will that help? The pores on my forehead are deep, and I feel my skin belongs to a male .
Please help me – Im so tired of all my blackheads and oily skin!

Reply:You may want to go to a facialist for steaming and extraction. After that, for maintenace, use a good facial scrub for regular exfoliation. Also use BHA (salicylic acid) lotion/cleanser to keep your pores clean.
