break after accutane [nose area] [accutane]

hey guys! I just wanted to know for those of you who already accutane acne and then you return how long before it was returned and in what form did it back in? was the beginning of very small and gradually get worse or you suddenly start getting pimples of normal size that has only just begun to multiply? Im curious b / CI was on accutane 8 months ago and today just started these small reddish bumps around my nose . Should I worry? I was at the derms office last week and she told me that the rash on my forehead was just a dry skin, and my humidifier (they said it was a mild eczema use) . So maybe I did I get bumps around my nose b / c of eczema too? they are a bit itchy
