Breaking out after experiencing clear skin for a while [clear skin] [breakouts]

For some information I have on spiro for 2.5 years. The first year I was completely clear, not a pimple. I could go without make-up etc. Then, I started small pimples. Now, Im back where I started: cysts! I do not know if this is normal, or am I just unlucky. After experiencing clear skin for a long time, I feel great with pimples (in my case because I squeezed into wounds) makes me feel really depressed.

I feel so alone with this problem. Any similar experiences?
