Desperatee! Helpp! [benzoyl peroxide] [helpp]

All right, today is Tuesday, and on Sunday I got a big pimple on the side of my nose. It is very large and red, and very hard. It is fully unpoppable (I tried manyyy times). I regularly use Proactiv (I have for the past 3 weeks) and I also use 10% benzoyl peroxide, when I come home from school. I also use makeup during the day. This satchel is sooo hard! Ive never seen anything like this. It is so great that it distorts the practical side of my nose! Im leaving this weekend (on Friday) and I NEEEEEDDD help ! this is something other than a pimple?!?! has anyone had this before !?! If so, I can do something to help and how long did it take to go ?!?!

Reply:update—alright well last night I guess i tried a little tooo hard to pop this thing, and I some clear liquid came out, but no pus or blood or anything else, and I woke up this morning and realized that a small layer of my skin has peeled off!! there is still a small bump in this area and it is still very red, anything i can do??

Reply:Could be a cyst.If it is the only way for you to maybe get to get smaller is to go to a derm and get it injected with cortisone.Other than that its gonna stay awhile.Take care.
