Does beer / alcohol cause acne? [cause acne] [drinking beer]

I was wondering if drinking beer or hard alcohol acne cause . if anyone knows?

Reply:I curious..because i've been noticing a pattern myself and was wondering if it was the alcohol n beer but im not quite sure, but hey it could cause it for some ppl i guess.

Reply:Its the other way around for me… My acne makes me drink more

Reply:I do believe that everyone is different and that it is possible. For instance if my sister even drinks one carbonated beverage she gets those large cystic pimples on her face like the next day. It took a while to put two and two together but now she knows, and it doesn't matter if it's diet or regular/caffeine or c. free.
