Hey guys my derm was thinking about lowering my dosage of Accutane 80 mg to 60 mg per day. This is my second time to take my skin is pretty obvious, but I just do not want to come back. Im going into my third month fast. I weigh 158 pounds, my first time I took 60mg per day and I weighed like 145 I think. Has anyone had done for them, it is beneficial? etc. etc. etc. Give me some details.
Reply:i was on 40mg per day then 20 mg then 10 mg and now
10mg every 3 days…
been on this for now 6 months and its going great… u just have to be on it for longer 
Reply:well does your derm want to lower it to ease you off it or to help reduce side effects?
