has anyone heard of Dr. Perricones The clear skin recipe book? I went to the bookstore to resolve the skin type to get, but when I browsed I found that it was not what I wanted, I looked for that skin type mijn zeer snel greasy, but I could not find what I did not want buy .

The book, you can “improve” your skin in 4 weeks, has anyone tried this system? Any results? Im dying to get rid of this acne, its ruined my face and my ease in public and social situtations is rapidly disappearing.
