Even doctors can not agree! HELP [neck shoulders] [breakouts]

: Wave: Hello everyone,

Im new here and I really hope this forum will eventually problem.
For my 4 years to resolve that I suffer from breakouts of freaky little red spots with white heads. Every time it starts behind my ears, goes to my neck and ends all over my neck, shoulders, chin and forehead. It disfigures me .
The weird thing about it is that it happens when I went outside in the warm. Not necessarily exposed to the sun, but when I have been warm. The outbreak will start the same evening, at night worse and disappear after 4-6 days .
Some doctors say its acne, some say it is not. Ive tried everything and the only thing that works is antibiotics, but docs will not prescribe because my breakouts are not frequent enough. Im getting married in June next year and Im terrified .
Has anyone heard of this?

Reply:Honestly it doesn't really sound like acne, so I have to wonder if acutane would help. Have you tried something like cortizone cream yet? It could be more of an allergic reaction to something or a problem with hair folicles.

Hehe, and I agree. Doctors (the non-specialized ones anyways) don't know much. They're just the tool we use to try and find ways to be healthier. Their primary job is to give us pills, etc. to make us feel less pain, not to solve the problem. Sad, but true.
