Hi everyone, I was looking around at home that dies braking to get rid of red eyes and I saw this site some good solid information on how to get rid of zits and redness has. And on the bottom, its exact words were “to get rid of a red inflamed zit, use visine eyedrops and apply to the red spots. Another way to get rid of redness: try hydrocortisone cream or pop two Advil. “Did anyone ever try?, if so, did it work . what happened? “Im going to try and see for myself. I would visit the site, but I heard that you can not do that on this forum, if anyone cares I can tell you how I found it.
Reply:I have been using the visine trick for a few years. It helps a little, but sometimes it can make it worse. depends on the type of zit. If I have a zit that I've messed with and put visine on, it takes away the redness, but I have olive skin, so when I put visine on, it also makes the surrounding skin look more pale. so it kind of brings equal attention to the zit. that goes away within 15 minutes. so, give it a try. It definitely takes redness away, especially when the zit is an "angry" red. LOL

Reply:i tried that about a year ago…. it stung but it didnt help it at all but it didnt hurt it either. I guess make sure yuo have the brand name Visine not a cheap verson…. never hurts to try!

Reply:get the august copy of ALLURE. they have a whole section on home remedies like facials and stuff. it was really v. helpful
