Has anyone had problems with Tazorac or cp serum? [cp serum] [tazorac]
Just looking for some answers. I made the mistake of starting them both at the same time five weeks ago. I have a lot of them at last from under the skin, where they have for at least 3 months away .
Just your thoughts on both. I use Tazorac for 5 minutes or more before washing face at night. and I use the cp serum am and pm after the use of jojoba oil (which Im hydrated with at least 3 months)
Please give me the good and bad . Thanks:)
L:) Is the use of
PS consistantly just to keep everything out until it all together? Or am I wrong. My theory is the use of products and jump in. I prefer that you first have to break . not sure if thats what this is. I hate the confusion and always try to find things out! : (

Reply:Definately put it on overnight! An acne med will not help you if it's only left on for a short period of time. I'm on tazorac, and I leave it on overnight.
If you have a sensitive skin issue, use it every other day in the beginning. It's a lot like retin-a, which means you'll be red, etc. at first, but then you'll get used to it.

Reply:guy…if I was you try putting it on for a little longer or overnight one time…just to see how your acne reacts…i'm pretty sure once won't hurt you…
Reply:Well I"m using Tazorac myself but I leave it on overnight when I go to bed…and I actually use it as a spot treatment during the day..now this is all going against what my derm told me…which was apply it on for 30 mins than wash it off…but the way i'm using it has been pretty effective…my skin is alot smoother and not as oily….
Reply:I don't know how serious your acne is, but in my experience with the various acne medicines…tazorac didn't do a thing for me. It was this messy cream that my old dermatoloigist promised would clear me in 4 months…..but I spent those four months crying in front of the mirror because it was just obvious it wasn't working. My face just continued to break out and the cream never felt like it was actually doing anything. Of course everyone has a different skin type and I sincerely SINCERELY hope this works for you. However I much prefer oral antibiotics, and they work much better for me. (I'm now on Accutane.)
