Im extremley oily skin, and I can not take it anymore. Its so bad that sometimes I do not even want to leave my house and go outside. I hate wearing makeup, because I will look oily within an hour and I feel unclean when I put it on. Aloe Vera
Does really work? What about b5? These products cost a lot where I (live in Europe)
Reply:I am not personally sure about aloe vera, but I have read many accounts of b5 reducing oil. You might have already tried this, but there are those oil-absorbing sheets by companies like clean and clear that work very well for people… however if you have extremely bad oily skin, you may go through a bunch of sheets a day which can be costly.
What kind of routine do you follow for cleansing the skin? I would make sure that the products you are using aren't drying out your skin, like alcohol, because these can in turn cause oily skin as a rebound action to balance out the skin.
You could use the search option and search this acne board for the phrase "oily skin" and you might come up with some postings.
Hope you can solve your problem! :round:
