Inositol, Saw P and / or B5? advice appreciated! [quandry] [b complex]

I take:
60mg Zinc
Approx.1000mg of Inositol
1800mg Saw Palmetto

I just started all this about a week ago, but Im in a bit of a quandry. I want B5 (Pantothenic acid ie taking), with biotin and a B-complex, but I am worried about taking the B5 at the same time. if my skin improves it will be difficult to determine whether the B5 or inositol etc is my skin.

SO improve from your experience, do you think I should now B5 in my system, or stick with what I do and take b5 if there is still no improvement in a few months?

Part of me wants to take them separately, but my skin is so desperately makes me unhappy I am inclined to take everything and see what happens . but Im not sure if that is wise, thats why Im asking you guys.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Reply:There won't be any negative interactions since they all work in different ways, so you can start B5 too if you want (and if you can afford it). Then if your skin does improve, you can temporarily eliminate each one at a time (or reduce dosage) to see what's actually made the difference.
