It has come to this . [acne solution] [accutane]

I have tried to present it, Derma Cleanse, and I was even gonna try kiesens Leo “last acne solution”, but after reading the book I think its too complicated and takes too long (approx.1, 5 years ) 0.

So, I go on Accutane, which I know works, my sister, another relative, a friend and used it cuz they are all still clear.
The side effects are not so bad, and although it is a temporary cure, hopefully work until I grow from acne, most people do.

Any questions / comments?

Reply:The problem with his dream is that he links ALL diseases to diet and lifestyle.
:nono:

Reply:Leo has a great dream, I think we all want that dream for everyone, however, it doesn't have to be that complicated.

If you really listen to what he's saying, he's saying:

because of the foods you eat & the lifestyle you live, you are still exposing yourself to environmental and/or internal (dietary) toxins and just like a Car needs to have its oil changed periodically, so does your body need periodic cleansings.

That's all. It makes sense, but of course you don't have to do it that often if you don't want to or if you are following a more strict diet. Most of us implemented the dietary routines without even bothering with the supplements or the cleansing programs and have had great results. Other had better results once they implemented all 5 steps.

Everyone is different and that right there is what confuses, discourages, and makes skeptics of most people because they fail to realize that! Time may heal some peoples acne, particularly if you are still going through puberty, but if you are an adult, I doubt it. I'm not being pessimistic but realisitic because frankly, if you are still living the same way you were as a child, as a teenager, and as an adult something else will catch up to you. We don't have increasingly high obesity, diabetes, and cancer rates for nothing. Amazingly, most of which are lifestyle induced, but people aren't ready to handle that fact or don't know the "right" things to do about it.

I wish you success either way

P.S. I don't believe that enemas are very natural either ;-)

Reply:Leo also claims that his dream is to "cure all diseases" (check the bonus material).

I can only say, keep dreaming ! :jester:

Reply:OMG :( Not something worth experiencing!

Reply:Not only will it take 1.5 year to complete that step, here's what leo kiesen said (in the forum) about what you have to do AFTER the 1.5 years of step 5: "Once you've completed the steps you will need to keep maintain your system. I would recommend at least short-cleanses twice a year (when the seasons change). Nothing as rigorous as you had to do initially?Just enough to remove any built up congestion.
And of course you your body requires the daily nutrition for prostaglandin production."

There's also a step where you have to perform a coffee enema. He's suggesting that you should shove a syringe full of coffee and magnesium up your ***….think about that for a while.

Reply:Wow, one year and half to complete step five. Hmm, I am surprised. I didnt find this information in this protocol. Hmm, I am going to re read it again when I m reaching there.

Reply:When my son was growing up, he had the worst case of acne. I felt so sorry for him. Changed his diet, tried the dermitologist, numerous treatments, even light treatment at the doctors office. Nothing worked, some things made it worse. Even antibiotics didnt work.
Proactive is the ONLY thing that worked on him and it didnt take 1. 5 yrs either. In about 3 months there was a huge difference. Even now , he is 27 and whenever he gets under stress he might have a breakout, but he will use the solution to clear it up and he's in the film industry so he depends on it.

Reply:Just an FYI: I did a 5 month course of Accutane as a last resort to cure my acne when I was 18. Yes it worked while I was on it, but within months of going off of it I was suffering from Acne again. I am now 26 and STILL dealing with acne, and I too thought I would grow out of it. In my opinion, the side effects of the drug were not worth the small (and short lived) benefit it gave me.

Now I am doing a natural approach to curing acne, via diet and cleansings. So far it seems to be going well.

Reply:True, some people don't grow out of it.
But i'm sure that i'll grow out of it, because my acne has improved alot in the last 2 years. My guess is that i'll have to wait another 2-4 years until "nature" clears it.
However, since patience isn't 1 of my virtues, i'm going 4 accutane. :D

Reply:Truth is some people NEVER grow out of acne, Ive had it since I was 12 and I still have it now, This is why I am so desperate to find whats causing it. I dont think I will out grow it. My sister who is older than me still has it to. Its so annoying
Good luck to you with accutane. Its my last step to

Reply:Because i've read the entire e-book, step 5 takes about 1.5 years to complete (liver building & cleansing), i'm not sure how long steps 1,2,3, and 4 take though.

Reply:Alright. Hmm, how do you know that its one year and half?

Reply:It's a 1.5 year program, not 1-5 year.

And i'm going to see a derm. this month. I have insurance to cover it 2. :bouncing:

Sorry, but i don't think there's a "real cure" for acne anyways, i think TIME is the only cure.

Accutane will "cure" me for a few years, until i grow out of acne.

Reply:Aww. I dont think Leo's program is one to five years program plan. I think it is six months maximum. If I were you, I would step three right away. Then step 4. Then step 5.

accutane
