It seems we are all back on the diet wagon! Which is good to hear.
I have just surfing the net as I had heard that another book around which basically follows the same guidelines as the book that I had. Apart from this publication may be eaiser to grip .
Its called “Clear Skin” by Karen Jessett.
It get replaced by this principle .
Refined cards / sugars more insulin = more hormones = = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne.
The goal is to prevent acne aggravating foods and eat more foods that are good for skin.
Even some healthy foods can actually exacerbate acne. So why dairy seems to be doing a lot of people.
