Need help with Clyndamiacin (must be an easy question) [mg pills] [anti biotics]

This is my second anti-biotic. Ive heard that antibiotics in general are really bad for you. However, this seems to control my acne – which makes it better – but controlling it, and that is good. Now there are no adverse long-term side effects with this?

Also, my derm perscribed 300 mg pills twice a day. My local pharmacy should have switched to 150 mg pills instead of 300 mg alone, so I would now four a day. But I thought it was a typo in the beginning, so I was taking a day and before bedtime. I told my derm this, and he said it was not a typo, they did switch – but he told me that my dosage to increase, because the fewer pills, the better. However, I think if I go four one day instead of my normal two, my acne would clear up more. You think to do this? My derm kind of an idiot and not really listen to me anyways, so it should not be much of a problem.
