PLeaase help me! is this normal?! [today is tuesday] [pimple]

Yesterday I picked at like 4 spots (I know I know). Now the hump of the pimple gone, but I have red figures on the size of a dime around each one! they are like a good red, I wish I never would have popped.! Today is Tuesday and I need them to leave on Friday! : (I cry, thats how bad it is. Brands are these scars? Should I put anything on them or just let them heal on their own? Will it heal? Some people have told me to neosporin on them, but I think they just should be left alone. has ever happened to anyone? what have you done?
