put lemon on your face safe? [acne scars] [acne]

Ive heard that lemon gets rid of acne scars, but Im afriad to try it because it might be too strong. Has anyone tried it?

Reply:I heard somewhere that lemon juice help blemishes but never try it I look at it like a myth like putting toothpaste on your pimples. I never try it just dont think It will do anthing. I dont know maybe lemon can help your skin.

Reply:It's safe, I've done it plenty of times to get my face refreshed. But it all boils down to your skin type, if you have very sensitive skin you can dillute the lemon juice with water.
