Question, help! [revlon new complexion makeup] [revlon new complexion]

Hey everyone, heres my story

Well, I was really starting to make my acne generally under control and use Clinique make-up almost every day and Eucerin daily moisturizer as well. Well, Im from the Clinique makeup and it is too expensive to re-order more so I went back to using my new complexion Revlon makeup (which I used to use all the time and never broke me out / causes a dry, but after doing so I switched). Well when I went back to using makeup Revlon my skin is dry constantly, but only on my cheeks and jaw line (the areas Im most prone to break out) and now Im breaking out like a fool on my cheeks and jaw and I think its because my skin to continue producing more oil because its so dry. So anyone know a good moisturizer that works all day long? Because for some reason since I switched back to my old makeup my skin has been dry dry dry.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Has anyone else had this kind of response switching and makeups with big breakouts and dry like this?

Reply:Cetaphil Moisturizer. My derm told me about it when I was 14 and I've been using it ever since. (Walmart makes an off brand version of it that's the same but half the price)

Look into Pure Luxe (similar to BareMinerals, only cheaper) cosmetics. Many people w/ acne say that it doesn't aggrevate it at all. I'm finally trying it, just waiting for my samples to come in.

Reply:I use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion and I LOVE IT. It not only keeps me moisturized, but it has AHA's in it which helped take away my red marks!! Look it up on this board, there are like one million posts about how much everyone loves it!

Reply:Katy, is your skin normally dry, or oily? Mine is normally oily, but I still need to use mositerizer under my makeup. I just started using Maybelline Ever Fresh makeup and I love it. It's kind of dry – but stays put all day long. My dermatologist told me to use Purpose oilfree moistureizer. I like it, and the Clean and Clear oil control one. Neither one break my face out. I really have to be careful of what I put on my face, to keep it from breaking out.
