Recently, Red spots on the face are not sure of how they arise [pimples] [theses]

Welcome noobie . here.

Not sure what to make of this. Can anyone help me identify what this might be or what it might have been?

Recently I started getting red marks in several areas of my face. Ive never been before you and Im not quite sure what to make of it.

Theses marks do not look like pimples, well at least from what I used to get as pimiples. They are small, very slightly elevated, bright red with the surroundings, the type of reddness know, like when a big pimple is almost out.
But . he seems as good exczema, I think. But my family has no history of exczema. They are in different places on my face, forehead, under the eye area, cheeks. Something I never had. They are never heads, and not, as cystic, and then just leave. Maybe a rash or somehting I do not know.

Some brief history:

Was on Acutane a few years ago, I did not break, like I used to nor do I type a the Cystic more.

Was get on Tazorac for a while as a maintenance thing, and it just recenlty started to make my skin so dry and the flakey.

Lowered Tazorac to every week.

Started cooltouch3 treatments with microdermabrasion. Until now, one of each.

Is possible that the micro-crystals have been made in certain areas of my skin and causing this?

My skin finally began to clear, and now I have this problem.

Could from eating somehting, although they say that diet does not cause acne.
