For the longest time, I always thought I red spots and non-cystic acne was. However, I recently discovered that my cystic acne is considered, and that the red marks could actually be scars. From certain angles they look like little scars, but sometimes they look like red spots. Most of them have more than one year. How can I be sure about whether they have no scars or red spots?
