I have read that Accutane is online isotrentinoin . But retina trentinoin. So whats the difference? Are they both cremes.I mean, I know retina, I am on 0.1%, I have more than one month also Benzaclin and it seems to work somewhat, but not enough, just like my skin has built up a tolerance or something. Can this happen? And what really is the DIF between the two?
Reply:The difference is Accutane is pill that is taken orally and Retin A is a topical cream or gel. Accutane treats acne from the inside out while Retin A is applied to your skin.
Accutane is the most effective treatment on the market for acne but there are alot of possible serious side effects. Retin A's side effects are less serious cause your not taking it internally.
