Skintactix / Bion Products? [ok thanks] [oily skin]

Im 18, Ive done quite oily skin and acne have had 3yrs.
Have tried BP products, antibiotics, but am after something more natural.

Whilst Surfin the net, I stumbled on Bion / Skintactix products, and they look promising. Has anyone had experience with their products? Right now im simply using water, and nothing else, im not sure if this is ok?
