I was wondering if smoking or dipping . What do you think?: Confused:

Reply:Yes i mean tobacco chewing, i see what you mean tho

Reply:There are definitely studies that show that smoking affects your skin's integrity. It causes a loss of blood circulation to everything, including skin. If there's poor blood flow to the skin this can result in many things, including blemishes and longer healing time. People that are non-smokers on average have a healthier complexion than smokers. Of course there are other factors, but if you are predisposed to , I'm sure quitting smoking would help out some of it.
I have no idea what you mean by "dipping" in your post. The title of your thread mentions chewing… I am wondering if you mean tobacco chewing? I think this affects the skin less than smoking, but it still might affect complexion. If you do smoke or chew tobacco, cut it out, your skin problems will the least of your worries ten years from now! :dizzy:
