Some questions about BCP and spiro . [birth control pills] [severe acne]

~ * Hello . I am a 17 year old woman who has tried everything including Accutane, and still has moderate to severe acne. The next thing I would like to try Spiro and / or the pill, but im not sure how to go about getting them? Will a derm prescribe spiro or do you go to a gynecologist? Also, how much would the test and the pills cost without insurance? For those of you who are on hormonal medication for their acne, they give you good results? I have read that girls whos acne comes back after accutane, typically perform better balancing their hormones . any information would be appreciated =) Thank you.
