stains disappear eventually? [blemish] [blemishes]

Hi I had a cystic pumple a month or two ago that was close to my mouth. It left a red stain, and I wonder if it will ever go away. Is there anything I can use to return to normal color?

Reply:The hyperpigmentation will go away but if you have an indent mark your stuck with that.

Reply:i read somewhere once when you get the red or basically pigmented areas left behind by acne they take about a year to 100% go away.

Reply:Whatever you do, just dont irrate it/damage it further by squeezing,picking, rubbing, using harsh topicals, ect. Leave it alone as best as you can, and put some 100 pcent aloe vera on it at night. Thats what ive found to work best for me.
