I think that subcision my acne scars. I have contacted Dr. Julio Garcia of Las Vegas, NV, and he filled me in on the proceedings. I want to know the effectiveness of this procedure from someone who has done it. All information will be very helpfu.

Reply:I had much success with subcision. I had some rolling scars on my cheeks that filled in quite nicely. However, my worst scars are on my chin and it did not work very well in that area. It works best in the cheek area with rolling scars. Also, ice picks will not be helped by this procedure. Please make sure that your doctor is reputable and knowledgeable about subcision.
