(Deleted) Basically this is using a toothbrush to scrub the face during the shower in the morning with soap base. Use Neosporin to any places, active pimples or red spots. I do not know the theory behind it, although perhaps the exfoliation process. Im going to try this, but my problem is I have body acne and am wondering how Im going to scrub my entire upper body with a toothbrush!

well i have acne (cystic acne on my forehead) and little bumps here and there. I used the synthetic brush before thinking it will help with my acne. But it seems like it aggravated it more.. It is good though as it makes your skin smooth. But i don't know whether it really helps in acne. Hope this helps!! =)
