acne and diet
When you have acne, your first treatment should be improving your diet. The food you eat determines the health of your cells, the condition of your organs, and the release of hormones throughout your body. Treatment for acne starts with a good diet.
Junk food destroys your body and creates all kinds of imperfection on your skin and inside of you. If you drink a strong coffee, drink any kind of alcohol, smoke cigarettes, or have stress or anxiety, then see if you can eliminate these habits or conditions.
A good diet consists of eating natural foods and eliminating foods that destroy health. Here is a few of the foods that you should gradually reduce from your eating patterns for you acne treatment:
* White flour products such as bread, pastries, donuts, or cookies have very little food value. Use multi-grain products.
*Eating fried foods like fried chicken, fish, or french fries are bad for your health. Cooked foods and disagreeable fat or oil supported foods are proverbial to reason the surplusage sebum that leads to acne. If you do any frying use coconut oil, since it does not decompose at high temperatures.
* Packaged food has all kinds of chemical additives that disrupt you organ functions creating hormonal imbalances that lead to acne. Most food that is good for you is not found in the grocery store it is found at the farmers market.
* Milk, ice cream, hard chesses – these foods cause allergies and cause mucus to form. This mucus coats the colon and other internal surfaces and interferes with the function of that area. Bacteria and other pathogens enjoy living in the mucus film. This mucus also tries to escape through the face when you have too much of it in the body. If you cannot digest dairy products, this can cause you to have acne.
* Sodas are the worst drink you can take. They contain plenty of sugar and phosphoric acid.
* Excessive of Vitamin B12 can aggravate or produce acne.
* Try to avoid eating cooked vegetables, because these vegetables lose up to 50 percent of their nutritional value when cooked. It is best to steam your vegetables and leave them a little hard by cooking only 3-4 minutes with very little water.
Last but not least, eat more fruits in the morning to detoxify your body. Eat more raw vegetables for lunch and dinner.
There you have it, a diet for your acne treatment. It takes a lot of will power and desire to change your diet for eliminating acne. Start changing your diet slowly and see the wonderful change in your face’s appearance.
