Hi, I had pretty bad acne and my mother gave me Proactiv solution and in less than two weeks is pretty much cleaned up, if someone else tried Proactiv and you had the same results?

Im going to start again and I was weight lifting weightlifting wondering

will my produce more testosterone, which in turn give me more acne to do?

Its like this. Im 21 and half. with acne since 1914-1915, but only on my nose. somewhere around 17-18, they were worse and now they are just as mild to moderate. at least, I think. Hey, sometimes I think its just so unfair. I had acne during my teenage years (now 22 years), and the big influence on my self-esteem, so I suffer from feeling un-cool, ugly and inadequate during the years when all the other girls went out and making good friends, and when they bloom, I was hiding and avoidance of social life.

Its hard for me to give it up, but Im not sure if it really has any effect on my or anyones acne. How many people here drink? Allows you to all breakout or do you see any difference?
