anyone / noticed a difference with their oily skin with apple cider vinegar? Cause Ive had this problem since puberty, so im wondering if apple vinegar can do the trick. Thank you.

August 4th, 2010 admin I discovered that the skin is supposed to be acidic (pH between 4 and 5.5). Soaps are generally alkaline (pH 9-11) and the skin to be more alkaline. And I read that people with acne have skin less acidic than normal. This is bad because the acid in the skin, kills harmful bacteria that cause acne. So the conclution is not washing with soap. And your pH balance.
I found all this because I try apple cider vinegar thing is supossed to your pH balance. thought some of you might find this
