admin Sorry if you guys get this question all the time, but Im fairly new to the board, and have done searches and can not seem to find the old messages about this, so heres my question:
Ive acne had about 8 years I would say, never cleared, except when I was on Accutane for a while, but came back. Im 21 now and my face is pretty much clear, but what is bad is my back acne. Usually cystic. I was wondering if you think the gluten-free diet would help me?

April 15th, 2011 admin Have you ever tried something specifically formulated to your chest and back acne cure and it worked for a while and then your acne comes back . I hate that . So I tried using Ivory bar soap for 4 days and then dove sensitive skin bar soap for 4 days alternating back and forth between the two . my skin would not use the soap, so that my acne cleared . because it seems once your skin gets used to a certain cleaner than your acne comes back . . works in the beginning then stops working . I think the chest with sweat and acne is the back of my long hair (hair on my shoulders) but Ive tried tons of things and I can not seem to find anything out Please Please Please help me work!
