Apply Derma Fusion toner on my face that salicylic acid, alpha hodroxy acids, and glycolic acid. Leave on the face. Duac
Then I apply to my face and let on.
PM: Wash face with Cetaphil Cleanser
Apply Derma Fusion Toner
Every other night apply Retin-A Micro
Also started Ortho Tricycline contraceptive pills at the same time.

I acen for at least 3 years now, and recently my periods are very irregular, and someone mentioned about going on the pill. Not only helps to regulate my periods but my acne clear (?) Ive heard this before, but not sure because Im not sexually active, at least not yet, so Im never one of those thought made but now Im seriously considering about this. Hey guys, Im new to the boards and have recently put on birth control pills with the body of acne in mind and wondered if this worked for anyone out there. In recent years, especially when I have been unable to be out in the sun or the pool, Ive gotten really bad acne on my shoulders and back. A years ago I stopped taking the pill and I broke really bad. I had very bad acne on my back, chest, neck and face. When I was on the pill, I had some but not bad.
Two months ago I started Accutane, and it works very well. My derm had me restart my pills while on Accutane.

Can someone please guide me to information about the dairy and sugar contribute to acne. Im just lately is horrible and can not find out. Im going back on my pill but Im actually more acne on my scalp and my chin and temples are hideous!
I think I increased my milk and sugar in my diet lately, if only by lack of discipline. I wonder if this might not be a part of my problem.
