Reply:Yeah, If you get one and pick at it chances are there will be lots more around it before you know it.

Reply:Don't know, but it happens to me too. Especially if I pick at it, I assume because it spreads the bacteria around.

Reply:Its just a breakout most likely, it just might be more concentrated from outside reasons.

Alpha Male Product
Reply:Hi Frogprince!

I've used it. I like it. It does help to eliminate red marks, and is good for oily skin because it is very light and non-greasy. It absorbs really well.

The only thing to look out for is that it contains seaweed extract, which may be slightly comedogenic for some people. But keep in mind that my skin is acne-prone and I did just fine with it. Others do as well.

Alpha Male Advanced Workouts
Reply:Hi frogprince-
I've been using this product and like it very much. I've seen 8% and 10% formulas and i go for the 10. I had been following the Acne Cure program, which worked wonders for me in conjunction with a decent diet, so i rinse the AHA off after about 5 minutes. I have tried leaving it on all night, and it's ok, but i do wake up a bit pink, and a bit dry. It would probably work out ok left on, but you might need to alternate nights or something.

Letting it sit for five minutes or so seems to give my pores a really good cleaning that's gentle b/c i don't use any other sort of cleanser, and i think it has helped fade red marks quite a bit. The fade process was slow, but I suspect it's slow with any product or method. I hasn't helped out with picks and indentations, but it has made my overall complexion look smoother and more even so that the picks and indentations bother me less.

Quick And Easy Acne Elimination
Reply:i used it. only made my scars redder and larger.

if u have a raised scar or anyhting similar, try a silicon patch. its the ONLY thing that has faded my scars. anything else like CP or any cream just aggravates it causing it to go red.

the silicon patch once taken off will slowly turn the scar back red. However, over time u will see permenant differences. i've been using it for a month and it has helped me fade this 10 month old scar by alot. oh yeah…its non irritating too. Not a single zit or anything from it.

hope this helps.

I started eating tomatoes after I read that it can really help get rid of blemishes . Im eating a lot for about 5 days now . and all my spots are less visible! This is SO cool! So I tell you guys this! : Bouncing:

u003cEditu003e
I just found on the web that rubbing a slice of tomato on your face, the redness of your pimple to reduce! I have not tried it yet though. She also said to rub a lemon slice on your face can heal old scars. Interesting, huh?

The Scar Solution – Natural Scar Removal!
Reply:Just to say tomatoes , oranges, lemons etc make my skin WORSE. My body does not seem to tolerate them well and my face gets really RED. If you your face is really red, then stop eating spicay foods and citrus fruits.

The Scar Secret – Remove Scars Naturally & Permanently – Pays 75% !
Reply:I just found out on the web that rubbing a slice of tomato on your face can reduce the redness of your pimple! I haven't tried it yet though. It also said rubbing a slice of lemon on your face can heal old scars. Interesting, eh?

Loving_life, there are many benefits we can reap from natural remedies but you will probably find that consuming lemons and tomatoes to be more beneficial to your all-round-well-being and skin than if you just pasted them on your face.

There isn't a more effective way to resolve skin problems than by doing it naturally. Just look down the list of minerals/vitamins/antioxidants and other nutrients that are contained in fruits and vegetables.

Tomatoes are well-known for their antioxidant properties (lycopene) and cancer-preventing properties. But I can guarantee that you will hardly see any change in your skin (over a long period of time) if you put them on your face. They need to be absorbed properly into the body and transferred along several cells to boost your body's overall health.

Thx.

Reply:it shouldnt cause wrinkles

Reply:Nope not using anything else. I think it's strange too.

Reply:It's really odd that the oil caused wrinkles. Were you using anything else with it? The oil acutally got rid of my wrinkles after 3 months. It's my lifesaver!

Reply:I tried camellia oil for about 3 weeks to help with some wrinkles under my eyes and smooth out my skin. It didn't help and actually seemed to cause a few more small wrinkles, so I stopped using it. I don't know if my skin is to blame for this or what. It didn't seem to make me break out at least.

Reply:BUMP….he he he yes I am v interested in this stuff

Reply:anibani that sonds like such a gentle program for your skin! did u used to have some irritated skin ? before ? what all was your skin like before u began that regime ?
before I found these tings my skin was really messed up, I had acne in all shapes and sizes, my skin was red all over and I owuld not leave the house with a heavy coat fo foundation powder and other gunk to cover the life out of my skin. and if all that wasn't bad enough after I had my kid, I started getting these little small bumps all over my skin, which I figured out were from sugar but regardless camocare cleanser and tamanu oil have done wonders to my skin I cant stop bragging about it.

Reply:any one else use this product?

Reply:I orginally got mine from New Skin Naturally who is the founder of this new combination (not the products, but testing out the combo). The photos on this site are great too.

This combo has totally changed my skin around. I used to have mild to moderate acne scars and when I hadn't seen my friends in a while, they thought I had some professional work done.

The Camellia oil may be too greasy for some, but my skin craves it. My make up just glides on.

I never broke out from either. The only thing that happend was that I got a few little hard tiny bumps in my skin at first, but they told me it would go away after the impurities came out. This was true and I've had beautiful skin for over 6 months now with this combo. Highly recommend!

I have some questions Joni,

when we are rubbing the cream in circular motions on our face, how can we really tell if skin is peeling off? I know we are supposed to see ?eraser marks?, which I do seee, but I can?t tell difference whether it is really dry skin peeling off or whether it is just the epidermx crème that I am peeling off. Sometimes I feel like I?m just applying the cream on the face, then after rubbing it on my face for 3-5 minutes, that I just rubbing to the point that actual cream peels off, not my skin.

In this case, how long do you really rub your face? I was told that I have to rub PAST the point when the eraser marks come off. am I doing it right? When I do that, it just seems like I have rubbing against dry skin and it begins to turn red. I?m assuming having a red face is normal after rubbing. The resides subsides in a few hours anywayz.

last thing, how long did it take before you started seeing results?

thx

Reply:anybody else use this product?

any more feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Reply:I have a few questions about application of Epidermx.

Our face shouldn?t be too wet, but it shouldn't it be too dry right?
So would it be a good idea just to wash the face? then tap it lightly with a towel, then apply the epidermx?

Reply:I tried camelia to greasy it made me break out

Reply:It's a carrier oil, and the epidermx cream contains some AHAs in it.

Reply:does anyone know if silkia actually has retinoids and AHAs in it? on their site it claims to increase the absorbtion of retinoids/ahas…but where are they from? the oil itself or was there supposed to be another applicaiton of these products and the oil just HELPS these get absorbed?

Thx.

Reply:I've been using Epidermx and Silkia camellia oil for about 7 months. I use the Epidermx twice a week, and the Silkia camellia oil every morning and night.

My problems were small fine lines around my eyes, mild to moderately deep acne scar indents on the forehead, blackheads, clogged pores, red marks and pretty dull skin. I also had a few small minor pimples when I first started using them. The Epidermx cleared them up and to my surpise I didn't break out from the camellia oil. My skin looks much more healthy and have had fewer breakouts after using these products.

The initial results I saw was elimination of blackheads, red marks and clogged pores – in less than a month. I used the camellia oil around my eyes also and the small fine lines there were also gone in about a month. It gave me a nice glow on the face. After 2 months, I saw my face brightened up a lot – very clear and glowy. At that point, my skin looked so good that I could confidently go out without any makeup. The small acne scar indents have taken longer to see results. So far in 7 months, they are about 70% better.

Some people say that if you want faster results for the acne scars, you can use the Epidermx/Silkia camellia oil on the scars alone more frequently, instead of doing the whole face for 2 or 3 times a week only. But I don't have that much time to do that.

Reply:The camellia oil is the best moisturizer i've used, my skin was always oily before and now it seems like it is at the perfect balance. I have no new breakouts from using it either.

Reply:I used both for about three months… I really liked the camellia oil. Gave your face a nice glow. Same with Epidermx. It helped with red spots also. Only thing is, after 3 months of use, I suddenly broke out quite badly. I don't know if it was from the Epidermx/Camellia oil. I dont know what caused my large breakout…But for the time being, I have stopped using both and gone on antibiotics and benzamycin….

Reply:my derm said microdermabrasion isnt really for "active " acne.s he said chemcial peels are better

Reply:Is epidermx okay when you still have active zits or is it something for when you have cleared up and want to rid yourself of scars?

Reply:*bump* id liek to know about this too
